The South Park Psycho is the debut album by rapper Ganksta N-I-P. It was released on February 26, 1992 through Rap-a-Lot Records. The album features production from Ganksta N-I-P, The Terrorists, John Bido and Doug King.

Guests include long-time collabarator of N-I-P; Dope-E, K-Rino, Seagram, and well-known artists from the Geto Boys Willie D and Scarface all appear on one track "Actions Speak Louder Than Words". It is one of the earliest examples of the horrorcore genre, and considered by many as a Southern Hip Hop classic.

The album peaked at #63 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums. The album has long been out-of-print, and copies can only be found in online sites like Amazon and eBay for extreme prices, making it hard to get a hold of. [2] It gained four stars out of five from Allmusic. The album sold around 100,000 units around the South Park area and helped N-I-P get a contract with Priority Records. [3]
